iv. Cancellations will be via text tree. You will need to register with
MC if you are planning to come.

Meet and greet at Boiler room at 9.45am
Head to beach carrying resources
Divide up resources
Allocate areas to groups to clean
Give boundaries for safety and time management
Split up, clean up
Clean for two hours MC to take photos
Bring back rubbish to bins for tallying and sort into types of categories
and into bins
Wash hands and go for lunch
Reflection while we eat
Bring bins back to school
Empty rubbish that can't be recycled into skip
Say farewells and leave
